Meet the Staff

We are more than a ministry — we are a family. Meet the people who make PFM Nassau possible.

Ernie Raulerson
Ernie Raulerson

Co-Founder · Director of Operations

What once started as an “innocent” new thing at 15 turned into a whirlwind of dependency and chaos. Struggling to fit in, chasing the next thing, always coming up empty — until alcohol became his best friend. It cost him his marriage, his family, and nearly himself. That is, until God placed the right woman in his path and the right church at the right moment.

“Blessed is the one who endures trials…” — James 1:12 CSB

Jessi Raulerson

Co-Founder · Director of Finance, Business Development & Strategy

Born into a family marked by addiction, Jessi gave her life to Jesus at 6 — but the road wasn’t straight. By 12, she had lost her mom to suicide after a long battle with addiction. Alcohol found her at 16, and life’s hardest seasons only deepened the grip. It wasn’t until December 31, 2022 that she took her final sip — not out of obligation, but surrender. Nearly three years alcohol-free, she now stands in awe of what God has done.

“The joy of the Lord is my strength.” — Nehemiah 8:10

Alessia Hollander
Alessia Hollander

Co-Founder · Director of Administration

Raised by alcoholic parents, Alessia grew up searching for something to fill the void — turning to drugs, alcohol, and food to cope. Even while feeling called to ministry, she kept relapsing. Twelve years ago, she found sobriety. Shortly after, she gave her life to Jesus. Today she walks fully in her calling: to be a light for those still trapped in addiction.

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13

Co-Founder · Director of Facilities

What you did in your past doesn’t matter — it’s what you plan to do with your future! Too many people dwell on their mistakes. We are here to help all move on to better lives, be it people, furry kittens, or scaly alligators. No one should be left behind. Sometimes we all need a little help.

Director of Women’s Discipleship

The journey from a place of deep-seated anger and family wounds toward a life of faith is often less like a sudden light switch and more like the slow, steady breaking of a dawn. It is a transition from the heavy armor of resentment to the freedom of being known and forgiven.

Nick Godron
Nick Godron

Director of Men’s Discipleship

In 2018, a motorcycle wreck changed everything. Flatlining three times, 27 days in a coma, weeks of rehab learning to walk and talk again — Nick came out the other side with one certainty: God wasn’t finished with him. He walked into church on a walker with a tracheotomy wound, and the sermon was on miraculous healing. He knew exactly where he was supposed to be.

1 Corinthians 16:13 — “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong”
